  • Curriculum Vitae (pdf)

Publications(Journal)

R Codes

  • calcDBC : R codes for computing the value of the Determinant Based Criterion (DBC) for a given GEE model. To choose an appropriate working correlation structure in GEE one can compute DBC for different correlation structures among the listed ones and choose the structure that results in the minimum value of DBC criterion.

Thesis

  • “Criteria for working correlation structure selection in generalized estimating equations”, MSc thesis, ISRT, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, 2013. Advisor: Dr. Mahbub Latif. [thesis abstract]

Conferences/Talks

  • “A bias-corrected approach to Rotnitzky-Jewell criteria for appropriate correlation structure selection in generalized estimating equations”, 60th World Statistics Congress – ISI2015, 26-31 July 2015, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
  • “Criteria for working correlation structure selection in generalized estimating equations”, March 31, 2014, ISRT, University of Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
