The dissemination seminar on the fourteen monographs and population projection prepared by ISRT of Dhaka University and other institutions under the Population and Housing Census 2011 Project was held on 14 December, 2015 in the Grand Ball Room of the Pan Pacific Hotel Sonargaon, Dhaka. The seminar was organized by BBS. The honorable minister, Ministry of Planning, Mr. AHM Mustafa Kamal FCA, MP was present there as the chief guest. Mr. Pierre Mayaudon, Ambassador and Head of Delegation of the European Union in Bangladesh and Ms. Argentina Matavel Piccin from UNFPA were present as the guest of honor.

ISRT prepared two monographs on elderly people and disability based on the 2011 census data. It also prepared the population projection of Bangladesh up to year 2061 as a part of the Population and Housing Census 2011 Project in contract with BBS.
