ISRT Applied Statistics alumni Tuhin Sheikh (Batch 16), Jahidur Rahman Khan (Batch 14) and MS student Sangita Paul (Batch 17) have won the first, second and third places of the ‘Young Statistician Award’ at Second International Conference on Theory and Application of Statistics 2015 organized by Dhaka University Statistics Department Alumni Association (DUSDAA). The ‘Young Statistician Award’ was funded by American Statistical Association (ASA). The award giving ceremony was held at TSC auditorium on 28th December, 2015. All the three awards for young statisticians went to ISRT this year.
