ISRT clinched a comprehensive win against the Department of Pharmacy in their first match of the Inter Department Cricket Tournament organised by the University of Dhaka. The match was held on Tuesday, January 12, 2010, at the Jagannath Hall ground. ISRT won the match by four wickets, batting first Pharmacy Department scored 124 runs in 20 overs. Chasing the target, ISRT made 125 runs for 6 wickets in 16 overs.
