ISRT faculty Dr Israt Rayhan has received the “Dean’s Award, 2013” for his paper entitled “Spatio-temporal modeling of infectious disease dynamics” (co-author: Sifat Sharmin), which was published in the Journal of Applied Statistics in the year 2012. The Dean’s Award has been introduced to recognize the best paper published in a calender year by a member of the departments/institutes within the faculty of science. Dr Israt Rayhan won the award in the “Lecturer and Assistant Professor Category”.
