ISRT faculty Muhammad Iftakhar Alam won the “Student paper award” at the 34th International Conference of the International Society for Clinical Biostatistics (ISCB), which was the society’s annual conference held at Munich, Germany on August 2013. The title of his paper was “Adaptive dose finding in early phase clinical trials incorporating pharmacokinetic information”. Iftakhar Alam is currently a PhD candidate at the School of Mathematical Sciences Queen Mary University of London.
