Dr. Md. Israt Rayhan, lecturer of Applied Statistics, has returned to ISRT after completing his PhD from the Institute for Environmental Economics and World Trade, University of Hannover , Germany,  where he was a DAAD fellow. ISRT congratulates Dr. Rayhan for his great achievement and also welcomes him.
