On 19th March 2023, the International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (ICDDR, B) conducted a workshop on Research Methodology and Scientific Publication at ISRT. The coordinators were Ahmed Ehsanur Rahman, Associate Scientist, and Anisuddin Ahmed, Assistant Scientist and Project Coordinator, MCHD, ICDDR, B. AdSEARCH by ICDDR, B was in technical support. There were two sessions in the workshop. Fariya Rahman, Research Investigator, Maternal and Child Health Division, ICDDR, B, conducted the first part of the session by delivering a speech on Experimental Study Designs (Cross Over Design, Stepped Wedge Randomized Control Trial). In the second part of the session, Abu Sayeed Shuvo, Research Fellow, Maternal and Child Health Division, ICDDR, B, demonstrated how to convince the Editor to publish a manuscript in a scientific journal. The MS students and the faculty members of ISRT were also present at the event. ISRT cordially thanks ICDDR, B for successfully organizing the workshop.
