Institute of Statistical Research and Training (ISRT) has organized a training program on “Statistical Data Analysis for the Biological Sciences” from March to April 2015 at ISRT, University of Dhaka. This training program is being conducted as a part of the HEQEP project “Establishment of a Statistical Laboratory for Improvement of Undergraduate and Graduate Program in Applied Statistics (CP # 3236)”. The inaugural ceremony was held at ISRT seminar room on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 12:00 pm. Prof. Dr. Shahid Akhtar Hossain, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration), University of Dhaka was the chief guest in the ceremony. The Dean of Faculty of Biological Sciences, University of Dhaka, Prof. Dr. Md. Imdadul Hoque was also present in the ceremony as the special guest.
