Jamil Akhter Lipu, who was a student of the Batch-3 of Applied Statistics, has died in a tragic accident. ISRT family deeply shocked with sudden demise of Lipu. May ALLAH bless the departed soul.

I’ve heard this news this morning (about 8 hours ago) and my heart is literally bleeding. We played cricket together, and I still remember how dedicated was he behind the stamps as an wicket-keeper. We did not have a good pair of gloves and his hands were badly hurt, which he told us only at the end of the game. How can I forget his face, how can I forget his voice! Life is so short!
